This website (the “Site”) is operated by ATT-PEN Services, LLC dba Salient Security Solutions (“Salient Security Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

All content on this Site — including articles, downloadable resources, templates, graphics, and the Salient Security Solutions name and branding — is owned by Salient Security Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws, unless otherwise noted.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and download our content for your own internal business or personal reference. You may share our resources in unmodified form with attribution. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our content commercially, or remove any attribution or notices, without our prior written permission.

In all cases, our aggregate liability shall not exceed One Hundred US Dollars (US $100) or the total fees you paid to us through the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Governing law

You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
Changes to these terms
We review these Terms at least annually and may update them from time to time. The “Last reviewed” date above reflects the most recent review. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
